Who else sees it
Freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers receive the details needed to move your shipment. Our email and hosting providers process messages on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as needed to answer requests and maintain business records. Contact us to request deletion of information no longer needed; order, shipping and customs records follow applicable retention requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the contact address and we answer within 30 days.
